I have been using one for the last 10 years, they are very effective. After riding the rollers in the winter, when you get on the bike in the spring, you are very smooth, as you need to develop a smooth spin to stay on the rollers,

I had a love hate relationship with rollers over the years but these guys at inside ride really have built the better mouse trap. They've made it essentially idiot proof, much safer and the forward and backward motion takes away that claustrophobic feeling of traditional rollers. Well I should wait to test it out before I say that. Have to find a local retailer ASAP. I have a heated garage with a TV, this would be great for that.

CJ, I just sold a wheel and airbag just like that for $649.00 on eBay. Had to list it three times to get it, but I got the amount I wanted.

I'd love to see you snag that one for a lot less!

Blink, I forgot to mention I want a black top. I saw that white (or cream or tan or whatever color it is) and thought it was a great deal for someone who wanted a light colored top though...
