For any of you saavy OS X users out there, can someone tell me how to change email address info that auto-populates my "to" field with an outdated email address for a person or where I've spelled their name wrong?

I've used Macs since the grayscale toaster versions, but I still can't figure this out and the Apple web site hasn't been friendly to me concerning this issue.

I am at work, so do not have the mac with me, but this is what I can remember... Go to the application on the bar that looks like a rolodex card. This is the address book, you can update, add, and edit names and numbers on that.

If that doens't work, I will be more helpful this evening.

This should do it:

1. Open Mail and go to the Window menu and choose Previous Recipients.
2. Find the offending name, highlight it, and click remove from list
3.
4. Profit.
