Beautiful Day

Man, what a great drive this evening! No traffic on the highway, perfect warmth, windows down, gorgeous sky just before sunset... Took the backroads home when I got of the highway. I passed this one section of road where the smell of pine trees & flowers was the icing on the cake. And the whole time I thought "the only way this could be better is in a Boxster". :)

Can't wait to get mine! I hope people in Southern Ontario/Northern Michigan were enjoying theirs tonight!

Ahh, I love it. We've had a few days that are too cool for my taste (temp drops into the 60's at night). I love those days where even after the nighttime temperature drop, it's still in the high 70's. We've had a few of those so far this year. As soon as I start to get used to driving the Box and think of it as "just a car", I drive around on a night like that, and remember how lucky I am.

It really does not matter whether it is S or not. The experience of the drive is magnificent. On those beautiful nights temps in the 70's with your wife or gf and a night full of stars what more can you possibly ask for? I've taken my wife to Jones Beach at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night drive the whole experience is fantastic. Listening to engine whine and looking at the sky and the surf like being in heaven. Yes we are lucky indeed! :)

I hear you. Last weekend I was helping teach a class at Lake Arrowhead (I volunteer with USFS) and was FORCED to drive the Boxster. Hwy 330 was beautiful, up _and_ down.
