We are the ones that are crazy for letting them in without checking them out. People who witnessed and smelled the aftermath of 9-11 are numb from the Twin Tower massacre. New Yorkers are scarred by the images of those two buildings collapsing with all that humanity. I will leave at that, it is just horrible to remember but you can't forget.

For those who didn’t read the news article, I would like to point out that the driver of this Cayenne (who survived) was the target of the attack and not the attacker.
