View Full Version : Boxster Tech session
Would you folks in the Eastern Mass, RI, Southern NH like to participate in a tech session later this winter. I will be happy to arrange a place for it, most likely a dealer or independant shop. It will be run by the Northeast Region Porsche club of whom I am the VP of Activites, membership in PCA is not required, but you may want to consider it.
Steve
sounds interesting! Any thoughts as to subjects covered?

Subject matter is up to the participants, in the past I have asked them to submit material prior to the event to start things off , then ask questions as we go along with demonstrations and discussions.
But a bit far from the Netherlands I suppose
Mark.
Steve,
That sounds like a great idea. Things are a little slow around here this time of year as I think a lot of members take their cars off the road.

Hi Steve: William Harris is still driving (as usual) and certainly would be interested. Hope to see you soon. How about your dealership as the sponsor?
I'm interested, depending upon topic. I had planned to attend one from last year which I believe was cancelled...

I went to the PCA NER Boxster tech session at IRA a few years ago and it was great. The tech (Angelo I think) put the car on the lift and explained what everything was, oil changes, problem areas, etc. He also showed how to get to the engine, how to open the hood when the battery is dead, etc.
I still have the car on the road and would be interested in another session if one is scheduled.
Wish we could get something like that going on around here in the DC area. Sessions around here are too far in between......
