I just want to share something. I'm watching the movie last night and I hate to admit this but, whew..I cried on that movie! that movie reflect my life 10 years ago and what would happen if I still continue to climb the corporate ladder. thank God, I stop climbing and realize that wife and kids are more important than my annual salary....one of the reason i stop climbing was my health when I had a heart stroke due to working 12 to 14 hours a day, 6 days a week...mind you , i was only 29 then....
The girl aka Adam Standlers wife in that movie is smokin hot

Great movie, kraker, thanks for the suggestion ! Definitely not what I expected !
I think I shed a tear or two at the end as well... Helps you put things into perspective, huh ?
Thanks,
Nick

your welcome, nick!
My kids and i watch it again last weekend and right after the movie, i talked to my daughter (19 yrs. old) whos taking nursing and my son (15) who wants to be a pharmacist or dentist..i told them that, the carrer that they are taking are great and very demanding but don't ever forget the needs of your kids and family once you have your own.....and of course while saying that, i'm crying...hehehehe :o
I really enjoyed that film too...alright maybe I welled up a little but it definately took a much different tone than one would expect from a Sandler movie.
As a parent of three young ones myself it certainly reinforced some of the career decisions I have made over the past few years.
