I just pulled into my garage with the top down in my 2003 Boxter s, the top won't go up. I have checked all the fuses. Any ideas on what I should check next?

1. Do you have a red clip? If so remove it.
2. Is your handbrake up? If not then the top won't go up.

The dash switch went out on mine. Pry off the side piece off with a butter knife and try to mash down on the front and back of the switch real hard. If it finally moves a little, you know you've found the culprit.

also check to make sure your e-brake light is on. if it's not, the switch is bad and the car thinks the brake is off, so the top won't go up.

if you're referring to the e-brake deal, one post said 'check to see if the e-brake is on'

mine said check to see if the e-brake LIGHT is on.

if the e-brake is not on, top won't go up. if the e-brake is ON, but the dash light is not, the e-brake switch is bad and the top won't go up

Your advice is sound and I'll remember it if I have problems with my top. :cool:
