Nice idea. Seen it before. For me, I would get bored. Play the same golf course everyday? no thanks. Drive the same track everyday? no thanks. Variety is the spice for me. Sadly, as much as I love my time at the track, I would sure hate to put up with the noise - unmuffled V-8s sound great once in a while, but not all day, everyday of the week ;)

Jeez, I was all fired up until I read that building lots start at $675,000 and the monthly HOA is $1,800.00. That's like $7,000 a month before I build a house. Ouch.
