What a game. As a Pats fan living in San Diego, I can tell you there was a LOT of trash talk this week.

Hopefully, these guys will learn from their loss today!

Generally I'm not a patriots fan at all! But I have to like Tom Brady for guaranteeing the eagles wouldn't win a superbowl and I have to agree that not only was trash possibly talked, but it was definitely on the field with the likes of Merriman. I'm sure he isn't the only one on roids in the NFL but something about being caught doping and then still doing his stupid sack dance. I loved that the patriots were doing it at midfield.....only wish they would have showed it on TV.....

I would agree that from a coaching perspective, the Pats had the upper hand. I was confused by the challenge that cost the Chargers a TO.

Then there are the late hits, bumping etc. on the part of the Chargers. That is coaching too, IHMO.

Little things can cost a team alot.

That personal foul cost them HUGE!!!! Oh well the game was a snore fest but got really good at the second half....hopefully Brady keeps manning home yet again....Saints Patriots is what I'm hoping for....

Bears sure pulled that off in the end yesterday :D 49 yard field goal in overtime, I thought I was going to pass out ! Next up, New Orleans. Hopefully it will be below freezing and snowing and our home field advantage with work to our benefit. The Saints are a great team, though, so it should be interesting...

The Pats had a great season and can feel proud. They simply got warn down by the Colts. Rumor has it they were really physically beaten up in the Charger win.

They looked it in the second half.

yes that's true and although no excuse several players got the flu that week as it ran through their ranks

I have to admit I thought they had lost that game against the Chargers. What a finish!! :)
