intake manifold gaskets

Install dry, or oil them or what? Any advice?

If it is the metal gaskets with a raised area all around, I installed them dry and the compression from the bolts squashed down the metal areas and made the seal, the water pump gasket was the same way, is that what you mean?

The green triangular gaskets can be placed dry. Correct me if Im wrong but I don’t see as it should make any difference.
