The original Boxster computer runs the engine but after 5000 RPM it hesitates
Please let me know if you have a solution to run the vario valve timing

it seems that you are a guru around here. i wish now were the time to be swapping motors and i would be very interested in the 3.6. i am curious as to your opinion on how the 3.6 x51 stacks up against the raby 3.6? also i am just beginning to collect parts for a future engine build. is there one type of header or diameter that is better than others? thanks for your time. again i wish that your motor was being sold later, iirc the x51 has the extra scaveging pumps in the heads etc doesn't it? your motor sounds like a really good deal. best of luck on the sale.

Researching for an engine swap into my 1997 986 your name always comes up as the highest guru for the boxster engine swap. Now I probably would not bother you with a regular 3.4L swap, as you are probably tired of redundant questions that are covered in multiple threads, however I would like to get 3.8L X51 engine into my 1997 986. I would like to ask for maybe 10 or so minutes of your time so I could talk to you on the phone. Would that be possible?
