I finally got the GT3Tek mounted after its been...

I finally got the GT3Tek mounted after its been sitting in the garage painted for almost 3 months... took less than 45min to mount and fits like a glove!
I think I like it :D

Will do as soon as paint is done... I had done a...

Will do as soon as paint is done... I had done a trial fit before i took it in for paint and it fit like a glove... but i will post pics once its done :)

Took the Box for a short ride today just because...

Took the Box for a short ride today just because it was sunny and warm and no salt or sand on the roads yet.... and then I took the new GT3Tek Diffuser down to the body shop for paint :D I think...

I've been thinking about upgrading the speakers...

I've been thinking about upgrading the speakers as well as i got way too much base coming from my speakers and even when i drop the base to -5 I still got way too much... its almost like the mid-tone...

Undo the Starter... cut off a used oil bottle about 3" high from the bottom... fill it a little over half way with ATF... then stand the starter up...

ATF - You bet! It creeps up into the spocket...

ATF - You bet! It creeps up into the spocket shaft which goes dry and then sounds like crap. My old Audi did that a few years ago and it came highly recommended to use ATF... the starter lasted me...

The Boxster S's starter sounded like a dying...

The Boxster S's starter sounded like a dying chicken at times, so i had soaked the starter head in ATF for 3 days :) Nice and quiet now and no more noise. A trick I learned from an old VW/Audi...
