Love the sound of my 986 but honestly think that the sound "issue" with the new 718s is overrated. But to each his own and I totally understand that point of view.

Replaced dash speakers with some alpines. Nice improvement. My OEM speakers were actually in good shape no rips etc. But I destroyed them to use the OEM baskets to mount the new speakers. Next up...

What Indy do you use. Just got back from mine. All sport in Stowe. They are very good and been around for over 50 years. There is another good one in Framingham. Eurotech I think.

Thanks! Yea I wanted to get the work done for peace of mind. They didn't give me the bearing (I should have asked) but I did ask he said it looked fine. Oh well u never know until you take it out...
